I have devoted most of my career to managing water resources on public lands with the US Forest Service and abroad. This has led to a deep involvement in how climate impacts to water resources can be mitigated for the people who are most affected by a changing climate that they did not cause.

The social and economic inequalities I have seen while working around the world is what energizes my philanthropic activities. Perhaps my most noteworthy accomplishment was being voted Best Defensive Player on my high school math team.
